looking for meetings in El Salvador and Costa Rica in English

Does anyone have info about AA meeings in El Salvador or Costa Rica in English? Maybe my best option is online meetings?

These phone numbers might help. I hope so anyway. I understand another way to find AA meetings in English in other countries is to look for "Friends of Bill W." Are you going to be studying abroad?

I will be in Central America for business and pleasure. I am a little confused abou the "Friends of Bill W." How does that work, is it just like AA?
