I didn't really know what recovery meant for me until I stopped.

I had to first stop and stay stopped. I needed a clear head to address my problem.

I had help. I needed help. Hated that I needed help. Allowing others to help me made it so worth it!

I not only got recovery, I made some great friends along the way!
