Good to see your posts again. I had been asking where you have been, and how you are doing. I have not been around as much, so I am just popping in.
You have the will to want this, you will find a way.
My abf has began a suboxone program, and it has changed his whole life. We have done more things in two months, than ever before. He feels so relieved to not have his nasty secrets, and now has regained control over his life. He no longer lives for his pills and sleep.
Check out a program in your area, it may be a direction you wish to inquire.
I am so sorry for your pain, and your wife, trust me , she knows. give her some credit.. we may not say, but we are no dummies.

Congrats and welcome back. I never was into pills but coke about killed me. To get moving I just do my 'Ozzie shuffle'. It's the little old man's walk where you barely move, leaning forward, so when you pick a foot barely off the ground, your weight takes you forward slightly. Not the best means of locomotion, but you will get somewhere. Before long you'll be walking a mile in like 20 minutes or so and have a pretty good stride going.

But I always start with my Ozzie Shuffle..... becoming part of the personna really.
