I have no experience with a pipe, but alcohol had me on my knees. I'm so glad you're going to take action.
I hope you'll continue posting - it helped me just to know I wasn't alone.

There are some uncomfortable days when we first quit, but think how wonderful it will feel to be free of it.
I was disoriented for a while because I had relied on it to make myself feel better. In reality, it was making me more stressed & completely miserable.
You have so much to look forward to, Leeward.

ek or two or more a few times but I keep letting the mind take over. As much as I keep telling myself I am not living with it I end up with the regret of using. I feel awful for being me and letting people down. I'm at a better mind place yet I still *** up????
I get these head sensations when I stop. They happen regularly and I can only describe them as brain zaps... is this normal?

These forums used to have much activity, but now facebook rules, and we as

Leeward, welcome! The thread below yours is titled “Insomnia” and I had it bad.. I also came here treating it as a bandaid until I could get high.. then came back 43 days ago and stayed. There are a lot of people and resources here. Stay and we will support you.. I’m glad you’re here.
