im 2 days off weed and benzos. I feel so hazy and anxious about evertying. im irritable, and angry at even the tv lolol. i'll yell at the tv, what in the world. . . I know most of this is normal but its bad. How long do you guys think this stuff will last? in the past 4 days ive smoked 2 ounces of weed and 14 benzos. also im still craving that weed or any high at all!!!!! its aweful

I can't speak for the benzoes TL but it took me a couple of weeks to feel ok again from regularly smoking about double what you did.

withdrawal sucks - there's just no way around that. Do see your Dr if you feel concerned.

It takes time to fully detox off of drugs...not just two days. best if you see this as a longer than you thought thing. you can help yourself by drinking tons of water, eating well, sleeping when possible, and most importantly reminding yourself of WHY you are doing this. you get off the drugs and you NEVER have to go thru this again.

How many tablets/mg did you take?

I took 35-1mg pills of Lorazepam. Not the best to come down from, but I did.

The best thing I found to do was to try keep busy with my hands. Do some type of productive work.
