Today is 38 days clean.

I had a pretty intense test Sunday. I was at mother in-law's and she just had surgery. I knew she had a bottle of Dilaudid.

The craving started and then I started justifying. No one will know, It will just be the once.

Then I started playing the tape through. If I'm not honest now, it will be easy to lie about it again. "Just once," has turned into a very long relapse more that once.

I got passed it and today is a great day.

Awesome, the strength u gain from not using is so much better then the guilt & remorse if you had picked up. Plus your not back to day 1!!
