I need help getting off of Oxycodone
Hello everyone,
I am addicted to oxycodone and I want to kick this bad habit....w/d symptoms suck big time and I had made it 4 days but caved.
When I haven't had anything it is so hard to sleep and the days are very long and I experience a large amount of bodily discomfort. I take ibuprofen for the small aches but my body just feels drained.
I need to get into the gym to build up some of that energy that way I can start to get on the right track and get back in shape.
3 years ago I was taking narcotics and started going to the gym everyday and had kicked the habit for about a year or so and I cannot even remember why I decided to take a pill one day but it happened.
Present day I am back in my old routine (not abusing anything harder than painkillers) but using nonetheless, and I have decided that I will go sober from this point on.
This forum has reached me, and I pray for you all and myself to stay sober and live the life's we used to.
