60 Days
It seems I am finally doing things the right way. I always did things my way . However, this time I decided to do what my sponsor and what you guys are suggesting. I've recently started doing service in my small AA homegroup. This is the longest clean time I've ever had in 6 years. What a change!! Sometimes I cannot even recognize myself. A whole radical change. It was a tredgy road to recovery but I'm finally in peace with myself. I feel I am a completely different person because I think in a different way now. I have faith and hope. I was in a dark tunnel feeling lonely and depserate. I held resentments against the world. There were days when I thought they'd be my last and next day I blamed God why I'm still alive. I was too scared to kill myself but I lost any desire for living . You can go through my old posts and you can understand what I'm saying. Yet, here I am enjoy my few clean/sober days. Thank you all for your support . I've met some awesome friends here who had such a great impact on my life. I cannot thank them enough.
