Hey, they have wireless in my mom's condo !! YAY. Now I can report on my poop !! Food up here is lacking. I ate some buffalo short ribs yesterday and they were ayite....I could've cooked them much better. The food here is "rib sticking" but it's also "toilet bowl sticking" because it, um, sticks to the sides. That is upsetting to me. I'm gonna try to ski today and not break anything. I saw a snowboarder break his laig yesterday. Not a lot of fresh powder here but we're driving through the pass to some place called Tangee or something to ski. I'm cold. Thanks for the song and kind words. I'll report in a day or two if something exciting happens (poop or otherwise).

Here too, windy, here too. My daughter was in and out within an hour with a broken arm and the consultant came in on a public holiday to check on her!
A heart attack, that is a different story. Get this. If you have one heart attack, you go on a waiting list for bypass surgery which is up to a year long. If, while you are waiting, you have a second heart attack, you are then an "emergency" and get to have your bypass straight away.
So, while in the UK, break bones but watch your cholesterol!!!

My nine year old daughter broke her wrist snowboarding yesterday. It's a "green stick" fracture so it ain't that bad. Poor baby though. You gotta wait a YEAR for a bypasss !!! Holy Infant Baby Jeebus in the Manger that's WAY too long. I sure hope they don't bring that commie system over here. I'm due for a heart attack any day now.

When I had a dog, I used to pass this old bloke walking his old dog. He waited for a year for new knees, and he was on crutches and his knees just weren't there, his legs bent backwards, if you see what I mean.
I'm not against private healthcare, I just thing health insurance companies are rip-off merchants! They need to be regulated!! Like the banks that got us into the current mess we're in with the economy.
Nowt I can do about it, anyways!

He did a bit, like a bendy one. It was sad, actually. We always stopped to have a chat, you know, get an update on the knee waiting list. I was in nursing at the time, I was quite a kind person once.

I beez back home. Cooking some stewed Creole chicken in my cast iron pot. I lost my iphone in the airport yesterday but then I just called lost and found at the airport and they found it !! YAYAYAYAYAAY
