Hey Guys,
I'm doing well thanks. I usually post from my office but our main server was under a major virus attack. Only company email working till next Monday. No net browsing in the meantime. What kinda job is that! lol.

Hiya CC and happy Thanksgiving. I remember when I was in college in the US, how friendly some of college friends families were. They would invite me to their family Thanksgiving dinner .
It was a great time and good food!

Glad to know I was missed. I’ll try to keep up with reading and posting as I go. It’s been a little rough lately with tapering and quitting caffeine (again).

I guess we have a lot of benzo folks around here. Speaking of which, I know a lot of people develop ringing in the ears when they quit benzos. Has anyone noticed whether vitamins make it better or worse? I am starting to suspect that they really make it worse, even the so-called ear vitamins.
