Has anyone tried this supplement in trying to get off benzo's? Has it helped anyone?

I've heard that it is snake oil. I heard it doesn't help.

Just keep doing that valium taper and GO SLOW if you can.

You'll be okay.

It seemed to help me, but it can be an eyeopener and cause nightmares. If you use it cut the recommended dosage by a tenth at least.
