Well first of all, congrats to you for getting help! If you got through the initial detox, switching should be a breeze..

Not much help anyone can offer, especially considering the brevity of your post. Good luck!

Red face sleepless here, again

thanks to those of you who replied! i looked for my first post and am unable to find it but here is a little more info:

been on opiates like norcos, loritabs and oxys for 2 yrs. had surgery and got back on them so making it now almost 3 yrs.

now i want to QUIT! the oxys are gone so all i have had is methadone. i take about 20-40mgs a day (not that much if you ask me) i dont get "high" anymore just help me make it thru the day painless... not high by any means. i have a subutex connect but just want some advice. i realize no one here is authorized to tell me what/how much of anything to take but based on personal experience, does anyone have any type of knowledge to share? how many subs should i start out with... will it be miserable? will i be addicted to subutex now? what are your personal experiences?

anything and everything is appreciated and helpful, thanks so much everyone. this is a great thing you guys are doing here.

We can't give you medical advice here.
(Support and experience only please. DO NOT give or ask for, Medical advice.)
In any case, the best advice really is to get your subs through a Dr - that way you'll be sure that that's the appropriate treatment for you and you'll be able to ask them any questions you might have.
