The good times
You no somthing i often wounderd if i would ever get to this point again in my
life sleeping every night withought eny self medication or eny medacation.
well it's finaly hear {i hope }been sleeping every night for about a week or so.
good deep sleep i thought that might stop after i bined the valerin route
but no its' stayed the same . my brain is starting to clear most days from my last booze bender over 40 days ago and im starting to feal myself again.
or may be it just took this long who nows.
It's funny how your brain forgets the bad things you go through well mine does 'and life just carries on as normal.
I'ts great to be normal no methdone no medication no hasel no worryes 'only normal ones
when i was 20 i dident think i would live till i was 30 when i was 30 i dident think i'd live till i was 40 now i'm 40 {ish} I'm looking to the futuer happy and hopeful

Good post Jazz. Soon I'll be able to post by "post" Methadone days and tell the world that I've done it! Hopefully by the end of the month. And I'm sure it'll take me awhile for by body to fully adjust to functioning w/o opiates of any sort. I pray every night on this and I know I can do this!! As well as pull my family back together...as THAT will be when my mind will be at ease. Spiritually I'm close though....I'm NOT giving up!!
