One Problem w/ the Thomas Recipe
Hey guys,
When I went to the ER last night to talk to the doc about sleep and the such, I went over the stuff in the Thomas Recipe I've seen mentioned so much in talk about detox.
Everything was right on point, but she said definitely do not take any potassium supplements. Eating bananas is fine, but no supplements, as she said that it could stop your heart under the right circumstances. (wrong circumstances?)
I just wanted to share with you guys what the doc said about the potassium in case anyone is using that.
