since my last smoke. its getting easier, you know my AV popped into my head last night as I was taking off for a meeting - "you should buy a pack of smokes or just bum one off of someone at the meeting"

How is everyone doing with their nicotine quits?
I've been mentally prepping myself for a year now to quit...and today is day one.
So far so good, I just feel a bit fuzzy/confused in the brain and time is moving so S-L-O-W-L-Y....I tried to speed up the day by napping but even an hour nap seemed like it took six hours.

I'm so sorry to chime in.
I quit 10 years ago( smoking) then started again 5 years ago but only 1 or 2 at night.
I finally did away with that about 3.5 years ago.
It's hard to get away. you beat day 5 and you have it.
