Hi DW and OZ!!!!

Things are going well for me too. I have to say that the cold turkey is working - just like pulling off a band aid really quick rather than a prolonged drawn out thing.. I think that quitting now that I am no longer drinking is so much easier - not only because I associated the two together.. but I am more aware of being healthier?? I laughed yesterday at the thought that I never ate fast food due to it being full of fat and calories and made me feel gross, but I still smoked... haha hypocrite

Have a great day you guys!!

For sure! I know when I was drinking once I had enough to get me drunk then I was smoking one after another. I never could stop smoking at all when I was drinking. I actually haven't even had a cup of coffee in the 12 days since I quit smoking mainly because for me I always had to have a smoke with my morning coffee. Kind'a funny what triggers us to want a smoke.

Hi Guys!!

OZ, you are almost at a month!!! Keep up the good work DW!!

I noticed today that the hills I do in my regular workout are easier on my lungs now - I am breathing better and that is only after almost 2 weeks. Cannot wait to feel what it will be like in a few months!

Cheers,

Pork
