Really going through withdrawals... I think
I honestly don't know what day or week I'm on for not smoking. All I know right now is I haven't had a replacement - the gum or the inhaler for about a week. I think it's been a week or so but I'm not sure because I don't remember the last time I used it. I just haven't.
Anyway... I've been really spaced out the last few days. Really tired. Is this one of the real withdrawals? My throat is also a bit sore.
Aside from that I feel fine. No cravings nothing. I don't miss it - okay I admit I've been working some over time and it passed my mind today. However it passed. I have no desire to go back. Which is super cool!!!
I think I've saved about 80 dollars in the past month from not smoking. Another benefit.
Anybody insights?

spaced out and tired is COMPLETELY normal for someone newly quit...
Watch that HALT isn't the problem..
Don't get too HUNGRY, Angry, Lonely or Tired....
Some has to do with adjusting your sugar levels...
I ate a lot of fruit and fruit juices when I first quit...
KEEP up the good work..

I saw the doctor on Wednesday. I have good old fashioned cold. Actually a head cold. Not a big deal.
As for the smoking... whatever... I'm fine. Just feel lousy because of the cold.
