can't feel pain

this is my second time at trying to quit jan 19,06 is my quit date the only problem i see is that i give in too easly like i have no pride or stanima right now i can go 5 hrs. then it hit's me like a rock i don't feel any pain like i did when i quit drinking 4yrs. and 11 months ago just a slight dizzyness when i start up againi sure hope i can quit smoking this time and thanks for the tips
