Hi you guys. I wanted to welcome you all. There's alot of you and that is WONDERFUL! First of all, I want to congratulate you on your decision to quit. Secondly I want to tell you that the 'one day at a time' is a tried and true piece of work. It works! You're gonna be so glad you got sober!

Thanks for the warm welcome, 4health. I've gotta say this website has really become a lifeline for me in my struggle. I'm thankful that I wasn't pushed away when I started here, as it was before I quit. Now that I am taking things day by sober day, I'm really thankful that I can come here to ground myself.

This place, these people, they're awesome aren't they? It really helps to know that not only are you getting help here but you'll be helping people too. They see you and your struggles and know they're not alone. I love coming here and seeing everyones progress. Not only is it theirs but it is mine too.
