Hi Everyone,

I just found this site. I have 38 days today. I know it gets better. I just relapsed after 11 months. I really loved the soberiety. It only seems to get worse with every relapse. Thank God for this 24.

Way To Go! Sobriety Rocks!

I was sober for ten years. That was six years ago. Since then I just keep going through relapse after relaspe, treatment facility after treatment facility. Over this past year I put together 11 months (the longest yet). I relapesd again in april. I attend meetings, call my sponsor, follow suggestions, pray, read the liturature, and search for my long lost spirit. I feel like there was a reckoning this time and that maybe i'm finished with relapses. Right now i'm just thanking God for this 24. Always open to suggestion.

you haven't lost those 11 months...you're here today sober,,that's a miracle..lots don't make it back!!
As long as you don't give up hope!!
but at the same time,,congrats on 38 days!!
one day at a time,,yep,,that's how we do it.
