newbie

hello all. Just wanted to introduce myself. Today is my first day of sobriety and so far so good. Then again every time I've tried to quit the first day was always easy, but the fourth or fifth I would crumble. So im here for support, any is appreciated

Hi Steve a warm welcome to SoberRecovery. So the fourth and fifth day usually want to cause you grief...well get yourself prepared ahead of time, make plans now for those days, keep busy, take in a meeting.
