Well i did it 1 month today i guess.Having kind of a depressing day and the thing is i don,t know why.I thought about a drink but the urge was,nt to bad so far.This is the longest i,ve lasted since early jan, of lasst year.So all in all i,m a lot more happier.So anyway thanks everybody for your suport and well yak later

You and me both! I remember noticing we'd had the same amount of sober time and now we're both at 30 days. Are you going to meetings? SOrry you're feeling a bit down, I find meetings help an AWFUL lot! This wkend I found tough, but this week good. I am really so proud of myself (I am surprised at how much!!) about this! You hang in there! And well done - 30 days is brilliant! It's the start of great things to come!!! For me though, the real value lies in the changes I am trying to make in my life through the teachings of AA.
