A wee tip for Insomnia.

Insomnia is normal in the early days sadly.
What worked for me, was Sleep Music via You Tube.
I prefer the atmospheric ones rather than the 'tinkly piano' ones and they have the added bonus, that even my crazy Cockerpoo puppy, zones out 😊

Simply type ' Sleep Music' into YouTube 👍

Peace

If you don't have YouTube Premium, it might be a good idea to cover your phone screen too.

Just realised what you meant. No, there are no Ads to spoil the experience 😊

Ah yes of course. 😊
I always close my eyes listening to them but you're right.

I have two days under my belt now, and I am definitely struggling with insomnia. In the past, I've listened to Max Richter's "Sleep" album, which is over eight hours long and is basically for - you guessed it - falling asleep. However, I have been looking for some newer sleep music to listen to. I'll have to give your tip a try. Hopefully the insomnia gets better. I've always had some issues with sleep, but without alcohol to help knock me out I am definitely struggling, even after reading and writing in my journal. I think I've had maybe six or seven hours over the last two nights? But I'd rather deal with the insomnia and work through it now than with the crippling hangovers after passing out.

Thanks Zanna!

I also have a rain app on my phone, and it helps me a lot. You can pick from all different types of rain and it really makes a difference for me.
