New and desperate to change

Hi all I am really struggling with a number of addictions and alcoholism is a part of it along with class a substance

Can anyone help me out and hopefully I xan help you too

I did the 12 steps in 2020 and was clean for 6 months. I struggle with my mental health also and dont know how to get out of this

Like I said on one of your other threads - support was key for me to make the changes I needed to make. I hope you can use the support here

Support is the best way to start... ive been in denial and belueved i could myself.... defeat admission as I can't alone

Hi Leeward, Welcome!

It's hard to get sober and to stay sober. But, if you are motivated, you can do it.

Do you know why you returned to drinking after six months of sobriety? Sometimes we need to make lifestyle changes to support our recovery, including changing friends.

If you had time sober before, you know it's worth the work- have you considered doing the steps again? There is plenty of support here- we are happy to help.
