I just became a member here and I would like to first say thank god that there are places we can all go and get good information on learning to cope with alcohol , drug addiction , or whatever it may be.....I know its been very hard on my wife, family , everyone around me over the last few years...everyone and myself included trying to understand what was causing me to destroy myself with drinking, not something I can explain so easy today , but I am sober now, and am working hard, and for all those out there suffering, if I can help anyone with anything, I am here , and would love to ...there are ways out of the bottle, and all other drugs, I have done them all just about, and today ,I am happy , alive , and like I said, sober, the most important thing, its possible to be happy not high .....if I can do it I think anyone can .....thanks again everyone
