Hey

I'm Ryan, I am a bit over 3 months sober and just got out of jail. I am at a sort of halfway house now with little free time so I figured I'd join as I cant go to AA/NA, but I prefer rational recovery.

I am a 24/7 drunk punk combined with cocktails of pills (benzos, soma, pheno) and have had a past history of drug use including heroin, fentanyl, meth and the rest. But alcohol and benzodiazapine dependence is my main demon.

I have much experience and some sober time so hopefully I can help educate and get some education about sobriety.

If you're looking for a program other than AA/NA there are plenty of secular options to choose from.

Did you stop everything else at the same time? Important that you taper benzos Hex.
