3 Months tomorrow
3 months tomorrow and couldn't be happier.
Feeling so content and relaxed in myself.
Fitness has been key and in 3mths I've managed to lose 16lbs so feeling confident again.
Paid off all my debts for the first time in years and finally got myself out there and joined a dating site and have my first date on Friday at my favourite beach! 😊
I'm writting this as I know how much progress posts help me so much in early days. Where ever you are keep with it 🙏

What a wonderful update, Alex. I like how you said you're feeling content & relaxed. After all the chaos that drinking caused, it certainly is a lovely feeling to be free.

Day 100 for you soon - stay focused and you'll be there in no time. My top tip, focus on the here and now, the future don't enter my head.
I leave the future to the future. If I start thinking about tomorrow or next week, next month a year etc, I'll become overwhelmed and pick up.
Great on 40 days, keep going.
