Day 36. I’ve just had another boost. My daughter , who I was worried about re her drinking has said I have inspired her to cut back at least. She has seen the difference in me. Both of us are bipolar. Self medication was a part of my problem, however with stopping, my medication is getting a chance to work properly. Hoping the same will happen for her. Isn’t it a lovely day to be sober. 😀
