Hey all, nothing much to say except today I was at a bbq where everyone was drinking, I was asked on 3 separate occasions if I'd like a drink and I was like "no thanks, I'm good😊", it came out so easily, not much mental effort required. I am glad. Anyway, going to bed sober today!

I did a party thing sober the other day. I really noticed the lip-licking desperation of the few people who were there and clearly on a mission to get as drunk as possible on the free booze. (Would definitely have been me before.) More surprisingly, I also noticed that the vast majority of people there weren't drunk at all!
