I know this weekend is a big one for many Americans, perhaps the biggest weekend of the year.
Since moving here, I have developed a routine around these few days to keep myself safe.
I have all of the groceries that I need until Tuesday, so there is no need to go anywhere and be exposed to the "party central" atmosphere.
But that is just me; I am not a big party person anyway.
But if I was going to bbqs and such this weekend, I know that sticking close to SR would be a very good idea; it is always a good idea.

Day 4. Feeling pretty good. Up at 1am so that's not great. I'll try and stay up later today. Diet is going well, down to 73.5kg. Hoping to reach 69.9kg by the end of July.
Heading for a walk when the sun comes up and maybe getting a haircut later. I look like a bit of a hobo right now. Been too anxious to get it cut.

Congrats on day 13.
Day 5 here. Sunday mornings are hard. Generally everyone's been drinking the night before so I can drink a certain amount without them smelling it on me. But I got some good news on the scale this morning and a few hundred alcohol calories would set my diet back. You take motivation where you can get it.
