The dreaded lure of carbs, no biggie, can always get a handle on later. Day 53 is great, had a google 'round on REI, interesting company, seem to treat their staff well. Also stock pretty nice stuff.

🤣 I could start a whole chapter of threads on this. Sugar is as big a devil as saturated fat, and where does a whole load of sugar come from? Carbs such as those in broad, potatoes, rice, etc., which our bodies turn into glucose. We need carbs for energy, but long term these need to be moderated. But hey when I was in early recovery, I had a Red Bull habit. Anything is good on those early days except alcohol. Enjoy the pizza, TH 👍
