Back again
Well, today is already mucked up and it’s only 9.28 am… I’ve fallen again after a decent period where I thought I had it all sorted. Been feeling suicidal lately, I’ve got the darkest cloud hanging over me. Health isn’t great, waiting for tests. Hoping tomorrow will be a better day….I’ll reduce today to make tomorrow less painful. Terrified of dying yet feel forced to remain in this world so as not to hurt loved ones. I’d never do anything stupid but what a torture. Sorry to be so miserable, it’s just where I’m at right now. Be back tomorrow to start my journey to a better place.

Good to see you back Frankie, tho obviously not good that you’re so low.
I think we can really underestimate at times the corrosive effect of alcohol on our psyche.
If you need someone to talk to, consider a crisis line maybe?

It won't remain this way Frankie. All you've got to do is stop drinking, and slowly things will improve, life will seem brighter, worthwhile again.
