Hello Lila, I wish I could say something to help, but I don't know what to say. If you feel you are a danger to yourself you need real life help. Ring the hospital, tell them you are suicidal and that you have a plan to take your own life. They HAVE to send help. I hope you reach out to them x
Lila, there isn't much we can do other than urge you to call for help. Please, make the call.

What's going on Lila?
Are you drinking? Withdrawing from benzos? If so you need to ask your doctor for help. Also the National Suicide Prevention Line as Suki suggests.
Many of us have felt this way Lila, but with good and ongoining sobriety it does not remain so.
Take a first step in your recovery and reach out for help.
Is there anyone with you at the moment?

Hi Lila, I'm really sorry to hear this. Following is our information on Suicide. Please call for help or go to an ER to get help. I think you mentioned you had a therapist. If so, please call her:

We can't help you Lila if you don't stay logged on and
connected to us here. We can guide you with suggestions,
but it's gonna have to be you to call a help line, or get yourself
to the hospital, or have someone to take you.
All of us have had to begin with the first day off alcohol
or drugs. We all have had to go thru withdrawals.
Tell us what your triggers are. So that we can help
you off ledge. None of us want anything bad to happen
to you. All we want is for you to get to a place where
someone is with you to help you till you are safe from
those withdrawal symptoms or suicidal thoughts.

I do hope you make the necessary calls to get yourself help. 911. Family member. Suicide hotline. Neighbor. Friend.
It sounds like someone needs to be with you in real life.
As much as this forum is here to help and to type out words of encouragement.....You are going to have to take the lead and help yourself. Truly. I mean that with love and understanding of suicidal thoughts and also the outcome of suicide which is devastating to family, friends, neighbors and community.
If you can get yourself into a rehab or a setting to help you with comorbid alcohol use disorder it just might be the best thing you ever did. From your posts, it sounds like you need more than a forum to get you on track.
My MIL committed suicide a few years back. The healing process is life long for those of us dealing with the aftermath.
