Hi friends,
I’m a binge drinker. I use binge 1-2 nights a month.
Fridays were usually my downfall. But I’m feeling strong. I’m waking up feeling with a clearer mind. My mood is better since I haven’t drank. My sleep is better too.
So I’m feeling pretty good now.

That is great Peke. You've had a bout or two the last several months and I hope you are continuing to heal up. Sober, active and on your healthy road is, I dare say, your best bet at peace, calm and doing all the things that you love to do. So much of what you excel at are things simply incompatible with drinking.

Once I caught on to sobriety, Friday night was no longer a fearsome challenge. I loved being sober on Friday night. It seemed like a special night to be sober. I loved going to a meeting on Friday night to celebrate a new life.

Good job, Peke! The longer you go, the better it gets. I love sober Friday nights- lots of places, I feel like a rare species. It's fun!
