Day 17 - exercise and good food !
So I did 15 minutes on my exercise bike this morning - God I hate it but it is bearable if I sing along with Aretha Franklin on top volume! Then I went for a 3km walk to some beautiful gardens nearby … now I’m back and making a low carb lasagne where instead of pasta , you place strips of roasted aubergine and the filling is lentils, red peppers, celery and onions in tomato sauce with plenty of garlic, basil and a bit of chilli ! So a good day all in all ! Let’s hope this gets rid of the brain fog !

Your post has inspired me to rise from the depression, and take myself to the Art Gallery as planned, Ican. It's the final day of Matisse exhibition and I really don't want to miss it. I missed it last time when supposedly going with my sister.
Thanks for encouraging post. I needed it today.
You're doing great Ican, your determination is paying off at last. It's been a hard slog.
