Day 30, finished both

Exams, so now i am concentrating on doing some exercise (keep me busy and more healthy) i would like to be a bit more toned and have more energy so i can try out different activities that i never thought possible before.

Wonderful achievements Mummy! Does finishing the credentials mean you have more access to teaching or other activities? Maybe you could start your own tutoring business?

Thanks, yes the qualifications have opened up a lot of doors for me, the work is slowly trickling in so fingers crossed it can give me a half decent salary.

Congrats Mummy! You're doing great. Exercise is my savior - always has been.

Nothing beats a good aerobic workout for helping lift our mood (endorphins), not to mention healthy for the brain.
