Day 13 - feel meh and so so tired !

Day 13 and world events are still getting to me but I try to compartmentalise it. Had to relive the experience of getting the Non Molestation Order against my son as the police requested proof that he has received it. I assume he has as the Court emailed it to him and his Dad sent it on to him by WhatsApp. They seemed to think that would do. Meant to go for a walk, meant to exercise, meant to eat healthily but didn’t do any of those things as I am soooooo tired all the time except of course at night when I’m wide awake. Anyway, can’t be gloomy all the time so HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY to all the ladies on SR ! You rock ! Onwards !

There are always going to be ups and downs and good days and not so good days. It's okay if you didn't exercise or eat healthily today. Tomorrow, you can get back on track. Be kind to yourself, forgive yourself and move on.

Thanks all. My ‘meh’ has dissipated a bit as I just heard I got the bigger ( and therefore more ££) contract I pushed for yesterday due to my new found assertiveness ( see yesterday’ post ) . Hurray !

I like it when a day improves, I'm glad yours did - ICAN
in case it appeals...it may not - but I just finished watching 'The Tourist' ( Jamie Dornan) what a stylish, brilliant and disturbing drama...!

I am deciding between 'Pieces of her' . 'Desperate Romantics' ( a total romp covering the lives of the pre Raphaelite painters) and 'Bates Motel' - that aside - I hope today is a good day ICAN?
