Just started PT

Today was my first PT session! The therapist was really surprised by how much range of motion my surgically repaired shoulder has. And I had zero pain afterward (expected to be pretty sore). All in all things are much better than expected! Doc said that what's left of the ball of by shoulder is perfectly centered in what's left of the socket! I still have a minimum of 2-3 months of PT ahead of me and the same time in a brace but I'm cautiously optimistic!

PT is vital. My surgeon fixed my fractured and dislocated ankle. But it was my physical therapist who got me walking.

I know that bone remodels over time...and I don't understand what your surgery was - will the ball and socket remodel? or? I'm really glad you're getting improvements. I love PT.

Arthroscopic to clean up the bone and drag some tendons around a bit. I'm a chef not a doctor so I can't offer much insight!

Had PT yesterday so the arm is a little sore. Then today I got my second jab so now I'm fully vaxxed! But I had them do the shot in my left arm...so now they both hurt!

Super, that you're fully vaxxed. I hope both your arms feel better today.
