Embarrassed but back

Apologies for my non-sensical, borderline disrespectful posts over the past month or so. I know I have probably irked some of you; that was not my intent. I've been dealing with a ton of stress in my life (like we all do, no excuses) and I haven't dealt with it in a healthy way. I've drank here and there but I'm fully back onboard now with you guys. You all seem to have endless patience with me and I hope I can be more supportive of you fellow strugglers out there. I don't feel like I can offer much but I want to be more helpful in order to pay back some of the kindness you show me.

Glad you are back. Any patience exhibited here is just a manifestation of the fact that we all have been where you are right now. It seems like an impossible task, to get done with this cycle finally and for good - but then so many of us here have done so. So can you. Let go of your self-recriminations and embrace the fact that a better life awaits you. Do the work. You deserve it. Welcome back.

Welcome back Owen. Its progress when we can see that we are dealing with things in an unhealthy way. Once we see, we can correct and do better. Its those who don't that continue to suffer.
