Day 33

Hi everyone day 33 alcohol free, feel very tired on day 5 of antidepressants and campral subscribed by my doctor. This I'm told is very normal at this stage. Starting to sleep better since I changed my taking schedule to morning time. I'm wondering now if I should change back to taking at night as fatigue during the day a real problem. Any thoughts? Or just stick it out until they click in?? Thanks.

Great job on day 33, Paddy. I think it's okay to switch around the time of day you take your antidepressant. I've done that myself. But, you could always check with your doctor to get his/her advice.

Congrats on Day 33 Paddy, that's quite an accomplishment. Regarding the meds, checking with your doc is always the best bet. I am pretty sure that a lot of anti-depressant and anxiety meds can take several weeks to begin showing effectiveness, so if you are just 5 days in you may want to stay the course for a short while. But again, your doc knows you best!

Congratulations Paddy in the 33 days of sobriety. Yes like others have said please check with your doctor regarding switching the time of medication. But I can understand the fatigue of medication and it's side effects. It can make a day feel like a century. You're doing great so keep it going. Have a wonderful day.

Congrats on 33 days Paddy.

Yes, I've done the switch from am to pm but always better to check.

Congrats on day 33, glad the side effects of the meds seem to be settling down usually just a couple of weeks and they go away
