Day 1 for the millionth time
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your wise advice yesterday. As some of you said, I can’t change my son but I can change the way I react to him.
I feel physically dreadful (dizzy, nauseous)... I can’t work so am going to watch films and drink tea. I told the person I’m working for that I’m ill with a stomach problem.. which technically I am but I hate the way alcohol makes me lie to everyone ( esp myself) . Anyway, onwards !

Forever while you are drinking your son still maintains some control over you Icandothis, whether by your own hand or not.
Show him you cannot be controlled, made feel guilty, angry, etc., by reclaiming your life as strong independent mother. Let him see who you really are.
You can do this.
