Great job Va2Mi! A week is FANTASTIC! You're doing so great. We're all proud of you too!

Keep up the effort, and be vigilant for the AV talking to you. From AVRT training, we refer to it as the Beast. It is really the primitive part of our brain that wants to experience the pleasure of the buzz again. It can influence our thoughts. You did a really good job already on this a couple of days ago so I know you can do it Va2Mi.
