Well so far not too bad at all. When I consider everything at hand, I'm amazed that I'm not bouncing off the walls, much less running to the store for a drink. Not even thinking about drinking....hardly! Today I had my first fleeting moment of a "wouldn't it be nice" thought, but then I played the tape.
