Hi all
I have been having some troubles.Back to drinking. Back to destruction.Need to turn this around.Happy Thanksgiving all. I really hope everyone is getting better.It hurts me to see people hurting.

You took a GIANT step forward by coming here today. I personally have come and gone from SR because of my alcoholism, but I keep coming back because I can’t stand who I was becoming. The constant back to back drinking I can relate to. I was the friend known to have a beer as her caffeine the next morning because it made me “feel better.” That’s not the way to live! I’m currently 12 days sober and I’m so thankful. Keep coming back to read and post. Your mind and body will thank you!
