Well done Final Call. Top work.
I know you've been here before but for me the big change in my mental health (anxiety, low mood) crept up on me and by week 10 I felt like a different person.
Edit: my mental health changed for the better, by the way 😂

Well done, FC.
Bit of a warning. I was on day 55 when I had to go 200 miles on a dark rainy night to take my mum to the hospital. She was nearing the end and was being demanding and unreasonable as old sick people can be. I came about 1/2 an inch from buying that “one” beer to calm my nerves. As it was, that massive crave passed, and I felt great the next day despite having had hardly any sleep. If my mum had decided to play up a few weeks earlier, I might not have had the sober time to avoid the temptation of that one beer.
So remember it’s early days and maybe steer clear of stress if possible. It sounds like you already know the score, so well done again
