Day 20
Gaining some momentum now. The angst and low mood are definitely lessening but the memories of how I felt drinking and withdrawls is still fresh in my mind.
im looking better, I'm sleeping better, and my sense of humor is still just as sharp. I have a four day weekend so I'm taking the family to the coast to have some good times that I will remember.
