I know this might be an irrational question but when i get past this and heal, is there anything I need to avoid other than benzos, recreational depressants and alcohol? I don't ever want to trigger this again.

I know some people are very sensitive to things like coffee and cigarettes, but thats only a very small group of people.

I did the drug test and it came back positve for marijuana. I have no idea how, as ths only thing I use is pure cbd isolate with 3rd party testing. I cannot have cbd in my system because it causes severe anxiety etc. I'm at a loss.

Hi RAB

I'm not sure how it is in your country but often things like CBD oil are not terribly well regulated.
If THC makes you anxious (which is what I assume you mean) and your anxiety is high, and you've tested positive - maybe you need to look at the cbd you're using?
