Grateful for another sober day. Especially grateful that I still remember my last binge like it was yesterday as it's usually around the 2-3 week mark where I forget and start to have delusions of being able to drink normally. Just want to thank SR and all the lovely people who have responded to my daily day count it has been a huge help and support.

Well done for hitting day 25!! I hope you're feeling good...
Completely understand what you mean though, 2 weeks has always been a biggy for me. Im currently one day one after drinking last night but im in a good head space and i know what i need to do. I feel different and I hope that sticks. I just wanna work on myself and to better what I already have.

I'm really glad to hear that you got past the 3 week hurdle. That was a tough one for me, too. I think recovery becomes more mental at that point, as the physical symptoms have often improved. Keep moving forward!
