Prettie - How has the day gone? Yes, it's miserable coming off it - but this awful time never has to be repeated. Maybe write down how you feel so you never forget. I wish I'd done that - the memory dims sometimes. I hope you were able to enjoy your husband's birthday. Thinking of you.

Just don't drink, no matter what! Not even a drop! Let the physical withdrawal run its course and get medical help if it gets bad. Just think - if you never drink again, you'll never have to feel this badly again.
