Day 16

Really glad I went to be stupidly early and got the day over.

It’s not something i’ll always be able to do.

But day by day we do what we need and can.

Anyway feeling in a bit better mood today! Thank goodness

For me, for a long time it was up, down ,up, down. Good day bad day. I still have them but I think I understand them better now. Just because I am sober doesn't mean I'll feel great all the time. I just know I never feel as bad as I used to when I was drinking and or using! Best wishes for you on your journey!
